Tropical Coconut Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1 cup coconut almond milk
1/4 of a banana
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut flakes
1 Tablespoon honey (optional)
Method: Put the rolled oats in a blender and pulse until they're almost a powder. Add the milk and blend. Add the banana, mango, and pineapple. Blend until smooth. Sprinkle in the cinnamon, coconut flakes, and drizzle in the honey. Blend. Enjoy!
