Mango Oatmeal Smoothie with Dates

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Mango chunks

  • 1 cup low fat Yogurt

  • ½ tbsp. Vanilla extract

  • ½ cup Oats

  • 10 Dates, pitted and soaked in water for ½ hour

Method: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled in desired glasses.
