Mango Oatmeal Smoothie with Dates

Ingredients:
2 cups Mango chunks
1 cup low fat Yogurt
½ tbsp. Vanilla extract
½ cup Oats
10 Dates, pitted and soaked in water for ½ hour
Method: Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve chilled in desired glasses.
