Grapes Raita

Ingredients :

  • Yogurt / thick curd - 2 cups / 400 gms

  • Grapes - 1 cup cut into two halves

  • Sugar - 1 1/2 tsp

  • Salt - as needed

  • Roasted cumin powder - 2 pinch

  • Red chili powder - 1 pinch

  • Mint - few leaves for garnish

Method: Take yogurt / thick curd in a large mixing bowl and whisk to make it smooth and creamy.2. Add salt and sweet as needed and whisk again till sugar dissolves. 3. Add chopped grapes and fold such that the grapes gets along with the curd nicely.4. Season with roasted cumin powder and red chili powder and garnish with mint leaves and few sliced grape pieces.5. Enjoy this rape raita as side dish with your favorite pulao/pilaf/biryani.
