Banana Avocado Smoothie

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup (180 ml) 2% milk

  • 2 bananas, peeled

  • ½ avocado, pitted, peeled

  • 1 Tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional)

Method: Place all ingredients into the blender and puree until smooth. Serve in a mug or glass. Enjoy!
