Broccoli Poriyal

Ingredients
Broccoli Florets- cups, cut into small florets
Oil- 1 tablespoon
Mustard Seeds-1/4 teaspoon
Cumin Seeds- 1 pinch
Dry Red Chillies-1 pr 2 broken
Urad Dal-1/2 teaspoon
Onion-1/2 cup chopped
Green chillies- 2 slit
Turmeric Powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Grated Coconut- 3 to 4 tablespoon
Salt-To taste
Method: Heat oil in a pan at medium heat. Splutter mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and fry dry chillies. Add urad dal and fry until golden brown. Add chopped onions and green chillies and saute well until the onion starts to change color. Add turmeric powder and cook for a minnute. Next add broccoli florets, salt, and mix well. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes. Open the lid and stir fry for 1 more minute. Finally sprinkle the grated coconut, mix well, and switch off the stove. Serve hot with rice!
