Carrot Orange Juice

Ingredients:

Oranges- 2 large

Carrots- 2 large

Ginger- 1/2 inch (optional)

Chilled water- 1 cup + extra to dilute if needed

Sugar- 2 tbsp (adjust according to your taste)

Method: Add chopped carrots, ginger, peeled & de-seeded orange pieces, and sugar into a blender and pulse for some time. Add chilled water and make it as a fine puree. Pass it through a sieve and extract the clear juice. Serve chilled.
