Carrot Juice

Ingredients:
2 cups water
2 cups carrots, roughly chopped
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
1 tsp fresh ginger, peeled
3/4 cup ice cubes
Mint leaves
Method: Blend all the ingredients together in a juicer/blender. Garnish it with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
