Ingredients

  • 500 gm beef with bones

  • ½ tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder

  • 2 tbsp vinegar

  • Salt to taste

  • For grinding:

  • 1 small onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp coriander seeds

  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1 tsp cumin seeds

  • 5 cloves

  • 3 cardamom

  • 1 small pc cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 3 green chillies

  • For tempering:

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 2 sprigs of curry leaves

Method: Combine the beef with turmeric to salt and marinate for at least an hour or more if possible. Grind everything under the "for grinding" section. Add the marinated beef and the ground mixture into a pressure cooker and mix well. Adjust seasoning. Cook on high flame for three whistles. Lower the flame and cook for another 10 minutes. Switch off and allow the flame to go by itself. Heat oil in a saucepan and sizzle the curry leaves. Add into the prepared curry. Relish with rotis or rice!

Happy Cooking!
