Ingredients

Ripe mango1

Chilli powder1 tbsp

Turmeric powder1/2 tsp

Salt

Mustard seeds1/4 tsp

Curry leaf1 sprig

Dried red chilli 2 numbers

Oil1 tsp

Method: Wash, clean, and roughly cut all the flesh from the mango, scraping as much as you can. Chop it into small pieces or blend it into a puree in a blender. Mix it with chilly powder, turmeric powder and enough salt. Heat a pan and cook the mango mixture for 15-20 mins until it is done. (Mash the cooked mango pieces if not in a puree form). Heat oil in a pan. Add mustard seeds. When they crackle, add curry leaves and dried red chilly. Add it to the curry and mix well. Serve warm!

Note: Ripe and bit sour mango gives best results.

Happy Cooking!
