Ingredients

6 large potatoes, peeled

3 tbs butter

¼ cup milk

½ tsp salt

½ cup of chopped onions

1-1/2 lbs ground beef

2 tbs Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp salt

½ tsp garlic paste

¼ tsp pepper powder

4 cups of mixed frozen vegetables (I used green peas, corn, and carrots)

1-1/2 cups of cheddar cheese

Method:

Bring a large pot of water to boil. Cut each potato into 4 or 6 pieces and place them in the boiling water. Boil them until they are soft. Meanwhile, heat cook the ground beef in a pan. Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, garlic pate, chopped onions, and pepper to season. Set aside when cooked. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Defrost the frozen vegetables in the microwave for 1-2 mins. When the potatoes are done, put them in a bowl. Add butter, milk, and salt. Whisk them together until they are creamy. Take an oven safe casserole dish and spray the bottom with oil. Spread the ground beef in the bottom of the dish. Top the beef with the mixed vegetables. Top the vegetables with mashed potatoes. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
