Chickpea and Tuna Salad

Ingredients:

1 Can of Tuna

1 Can of Chickpeas

1/4 cup of red onion

1 Garlic Clove (Minced)EndFragment

1 tbsp olive oil

1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

1/4 cup of chopped lettuce

1/2 cup of chopped cucumber

Salt & Pepper to Taste

Method: Mince garlic, lettuce, cucumber, & red onion. In a medium bowl, add the drained can of tuna and olive oil and mix thoroughly. Add in chickpeas, garlic, onion, caynne, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
