Simple Potato Sandwich

Ingredients:
Bread: 6-8 slices
Onion - 1 medium size sliced thinly
Potato-2 boiled and mashed
Peas- ½ cup boiled or Frozen peas that are thawed
Red chilli powder-2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves-2 tbsp
Oil-2 tbsp
Tomato Ketchup-3 tbsp (optional)
Method: In a pan, add oil and mustard seeds and let it crackle. Add in onions & salt and sauté well. Add the spices and stir for around 1-2 mins. Add in ketchup and mix well. Add in the peas, mashed potato, & coriander leaves and mix well. Transfer it into a bowl and let it cool. Take a bread, add a good amount of masala and cover it with other bread. Let it toast till golden brown. Cut it in triangles and serve hot.
