Easy Spicy Dry Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 600g Chicken cut into medium sized pieces

  • 1 tsp garlic paste

  • 1 1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder

  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp tomato ketchup

  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

  • 2 drops of red food color (optional)

  • 1 sprig Curry leaves

  • Salt to taste

  • 4 tbsp coconut oil

Method: Mix all the ingredients except oil and curry leaves. Cover and cook in a pan for 20 minutes on high heat till water evaporates. Heat oil in a kadai/pan and add curry leaves and the cooked chicken along with the gravy. Cook till chicken is slightly burned and the masala sticks to the chicken. Garnish with curry leaves.
