Vermicelli Bird's Nests

Ingredients
Vermicelli, crushed - 2 cup
Condensed milk - 100g
Butter - 2 tbsp
Dessicated coconut - ¼ cup
Cardamom powder - 1 tbsp
Rose water - 1 tbsp
Almonds, sliced - 2 tbsp
For garnish:
Pistachio, chopped
Almonds, sliced
Method: Heat butter in a pan. Add vermicelli and roast till it turns golden brown. Add condensed milk and mix well. Cook for 3-4 minutes. Add desiccated coconut, cardamom powder, rose water and sliced almonds. Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly. Take 2 tbsp of mixture and form into a nest. Top with chopped nuts!
