1 Onion, medium – big 1 tsp each Ginger & garlic 1-2 tbsp Celery 1 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilly powder 1/2 tbsp Vinegar 11/2 -2 tbsp Tomato sauce or ( 1 tbsp Thai sweet chilly sauce+ 1 tbsp Tomato ketchup+ 1/2 tbsp Chilly garlic sauce) 11/2 tbsp Honey Oil Salt

Method: Cut the chicken pieces into thin strips. Marinate the cleaned chicken pieces with the ingredients listed under marination and keep aside for 15 mins. Fry the marinated chicken pieces and keep aside. Don’t pour the left over marinade (if any left) over the chicken while frying. Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onion, ginger, garlic & celery. Saute till the onion becomes soft, it doesnt have to become brown. Mix together Kashmiri chilly powder & vinegar. Add this paste to the onion mix. Fry it for 1-2 mins, till the raw smell of the chilly powder is gone. Add the sauces, honey & salt. Mix well. Add the fried chicken pieces and combine well. Make sure that the chicken pieces are well coated with the sauce. Serve hot.
