Easy to make Mango Rasmalai

Ingredients

  • Milk powder 1 cup

  • Mango puree 1 cup

  • Flour 1-1/2 tsp

  • Whole milk 1 litre

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Oil or clarified butter 1 tbsp

  • Condensed milk 1/3 tin

  • Egg 1

  • Green cardamoms 4

  • Almonds and pistachio

Method: In a sauce pan heat milk to boil and let it cook for a few minutes with cardamom also add condensed milk. Sift milk powder, flour and baking powder add oil into powder. Whisk egg and knead powder milk in soft medium dough and make small sized balls. Now add all balls into boiling milk high the flame then low the flame after a few minutes. Repeat flame high and low for a while then remove and add mango puree incorporate well (mix lightly so that rasmalai do not break.) Refrigerate to chill when serve garnish with almond and pistachio.
