Chocolate & Vanilla Wafers Pudding

Ingredients:

1 Vanilla wafers pack

3.5 cups cold milk

60 ml instant chocolate pudding

400 ml condensed milk

200 ml cream cheese, room temp

200 ml cool whip, thawed

Method: Take wafers and chop them into smaller pieces. Spread about 2/3 of the wafers on the bottom of a glass dish. By hand, whisk together cold milk and instant chocolate pudding for about 1 ½ minutes, until it begins to thicken. In a small bowl, with a mixer, beat cream cheese. Add cream cheese and condensed milk to the pudding. Beat just until everything is incorporated. Add the cool whip, beat again. Starting on the sides and then into the middle, pour the pudding mixture into the glass dish and over the wafers. Spread pudding evenly. Take the remaining wafers and crush them until they are fine. Spread over pudding. Sprinkle with chocolate!
