Hot Dog Flowers

Ingredients
4 square puff pastry sheets
2 tablespoon oil
1 egg slightly beaten
Mozzarella cheese grated
4 hot dogs
For Hot Dog Sauce
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp sweet chilly sauce
½ tsp tomato ketchup
2 eggs hard boiled
For eggs
½ tsp red chilly powder
½ tsp pepper powder
Salt to taste
Method: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Heat oil in a pan and cook the hot dogs for a minute. Add all the ingredients for hot dog and fry for 2 mins. Keep the hot dog aside. Slice the eggs into two. Marinate the eggs with chilly powder, pepper powder, and salt. In the same oil, which you
fried the hot dogs, fry the eggs too for a minute.
Assembling: On a square puff pastry sheet, place the hot dog. Roll it well sealing the edges (pinch the dough edges between 2 fingers so that they are firmly attached) Cut approximately 1 cm slices and place them in a flower shape around a slice of the egg on a lined baking tray. Egg wash the puff pastry. Arrange mozzarella cheese on top of the egg. Place in the oven and bake for about 15 mins till the puff pastry is flaky and the cheese gets all melted. Serve hot.
