Ingredients

250 g Boneless Chicken ... 8 nos Quail eggs 1 nos Potato 1 nos Onion 1/4 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste each 1/2 teaspoon Coriander powder 3-4 nos Green chillies 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric 3 pinches of Fennel powder 1/4 teaspoon Garam masala 1 Egg 2-3 teaspoons Milk 1-2 teaspoons Sugar 1 cup Vermicelli Oil as needed Method: Clean chicken and cut in to medium pieces. Boil chicken with turmeric and salt. Shred it and keep aside. Clean and boil potato and mash it. Keep aside. Boil quail eggs. remove the shells, and keep aside. Clean and chop the onion and green chillies into small thin pieces. Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté well till onion becomes transparent. Add ginger garlic paste and green chillies and sauté well till raw smell goes, and then add all powders sauté until the raw smell goes away. Add shredded chicken and mashed potato and let it cook for few minutes. Remove it from the stove and let it cool. Take quail eggs and cover it with prepared masala in the shape of a ball. Next in a bowl add egg, milk, and sugar and mix it well. Dip each of the above prepared balls into this and roll it in vermicelli. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls until it becomes golden brown. Serve with tea.
