Bread Chaat Basket

Ingredients:

Bread – 10 Potato (large) – 1... Chickpeas – 3 tbsp (optional) Onions – 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Tomatoes – 1/2 cup (finely chopped) Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp Green chutney – 1/2 cup (optional) Sweet chutney – 1/2 cup (optional) Coriander chopped – 3 tbsp (chopped) Sev – 3 tbsp (optional) Method of Preparation: 1. Soak the chickpeas in hot water for 3 hours and pressure cook it along with little salt. (You can also use canned one which is already cooked.) 2. Boil the potato and mash it . Add little salt to it. 3. Cut the edges of the breads. Spray oil in the muffin pans and keep the breads in the muffin pan. 4. Preheat the oven to 300 F and keep the pan inside. 5. Keep them for 20 minutes. The breads will turn to golden brown and they will be crispy. Now the baskets are ready. 6. Mix the red chilli powder and chaat masala with onions and tomatoes. 7. In the bread basket, keep 1/2 tsp of potato, 3 chickpeas, onion tomato mix, green chutney, sweet chutney, chopped coriander leaves. 8. Bread basket chaat is ready. Note: •You can use any filling for the basket. •You can add any kind of sprouts or even yogurt. •This basket can be stored in an airtight container for 7 to 10 days. Happy CookingEndFragment
